I developed weekly emergent, student-centered curricula inspired by the Reggio approach. I established classroom routines and expectations that supported smooth transitions throughout the day, including meals, nap time, and morning meetings.  I maintained strong parent communication through emails, daily reports, weekly newsletters, phone calls, and biannual conferences. Working closely with families, I created individualized potty training, behavior, and sleep plans to support each child’s needs. I also mentored and oversaw two assistant teachers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
